Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Proof of purchase is required

How to Return: Contact us via email to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed as a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

We ship to: Malaysia, United States, Singapore, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, and France. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
